Product Description
1-General
The test bench is the necessary measure instrument for the test and repair of water meter in metrological service, Water meter manufacture, and Water supply Company, industrial and mining establishments. It is made of stainless steel materials; the surface is treated with polishing. Meter clamping equipment and drain machine is controlled by four-way reversing valve; the water flow rate is adjusted by copper case stainless steel core ball valve or butterfly valve, it has high accuracy, the structure is compaction, long life, easy operate and maintain.
 
2-Technical Specification
2.1 The tester bench accuracy: 0.2
2.2 Meter testing method: Volumetric compare through Manual or Automatic operation
2.3 Standard vessel: Two sets, 200L/500L and 1m³/2m³ accuracy class 0.04% compare with national regulations.
2.4 Glass rotor flow meter group, the actual Measurement accuracy not less than 2.5%, range of the flow 20L/h-125m3/h .

3-Structure and working principle
3.1 Structure refer to Assembly drawing
3.2 After the water from the steady sources come into the enter place of tester bench, the water will come into the tested meter in straight pipe, and then come into the choose standard volume vessel, compare the reading number between tested meter and standard volume vessel, and get the error of testing water meter.
 
4-Operate methods
4.1 First, open air compressor and reversing controller when water source and air pressure reach to normal working pressure ,put the tested water meter in the middle of the straight pipe, adjust meter rack ,closed all the flow meter adjust valves, open the water enter branch valve, let meter and pipe endure pressure, sure all tie-in place should without leakage ,open water enter valve.
4.2 Second, open other flow meter and adjust valves slowly, get rid of the air in the pipe and water meter.
4.3 Third, after water meter running a period of time, then let water meter finger aim at "Zero" place or one scale,close flow meter adjust valves,record the subdivision scale of water meter.
Fourth get rid of the water in the standard vessel(200L/500L,1m³/2m³ vessel discharge time is one minute), then close the discharge valves of the vessels, now the standard volume vessel is in "Zero"
4.5 Fifth operate flow meter adjust valves; let the valves to a point flow place of the standard vessel.
4.6 Sixth when the water meter finger reach to the point place or vessel water place reach to point place, close flow meter adjust values, the action time for open/close should not more than 1.5s
4.7 Seventh after the vessel water place is stop, reading and record water meter data and standard vessel data compare it.
4.8 Eight using following expressions calculate the error:

In order to have uniform data, the water enter place should have a water source Steady device, let water source stabilize, and then test water meter.
